Stratton Place

Stratton Place is located at:  33 East Main Street (across from the Memorial Complex).

Parking is in the rear of building.

General information and guidlines for Stratton include:

     No alcohol permitted

     No kitchen is available.  There is a small sink, 6 foot counter area, and a coffee pot.  

     Maximum capacity is 70 people

     There are approximately 8 rectangle tables (about 8 ft. long) available, along with folding chairs.

Costs are $25.00 per hour or $12.50 per hour for non-profit groups.  There is a 2 hour minimum requirement for rental however; you get the hour before your event for set up and the hour after the event for clean up at no additional charge.

We do require a $100 security deposit.  The security deposit is refundable provided there are no damages or additional cleaning services needed to the building.
