As of June 1, 2020 Village Hall has moved into its new location at 33 E. Main Street. The utility dropbox is now at this location. Our phone number will remain the same at 440-428-7526.


Madison Village is a Chartered Village and is run under the government of our elected Mayor, appointed Law Director, appointed Fiscal Officer & Administrator and five elected members of Council.

Please note the day and time change of Council meetings.  Effective 1-6-2020, Council meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 pm at Village Hall, 33 East Main Street.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm



Village Hall is open to the public.  Due to COVID-19, we ask that only one person be in the building at a time and that you wear a mask.  If you are feeling unwell, please mail in your utility payment or use the dropbox located 33 E. Main Street.

Please note that as part of our transfer agreement, we have reached a milestone that will allow us to set aside access charges.  Therefore; customers will see their first reduction in their water and sewer bills beginning with the March billing cycle.
For water and sewer customers, the reduction will be $11.31.
For water only customers, the reduction will be $5.69.

The transfer is ongoing and we hope to be complete by 2021.
