As of June 1, 2020 Village Hall has moved into its new location at 33 E. Main Street. The utility dropbox is now at this location. Our phone number will remain the same at 440-428-7526.


Madison Village is a Chartered Village and is run under the government of our elected Mayor, appointed Law Director, appointed Fiscal Officer & Administrator and five elected members of Council.

Please note the day and time change of Council meetings.  Effective 1-6-2020, Council meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 pm at Village Hall, 33 East Main Street.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm


Effective May 24, 2021 Madison Village Council adopted a summer meeting schedule.  Council meetings will be held ONLY on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.

Effective June 2021, Madison Village has returned to in person public meetings.



Village Hall is open to the public.  Due to COVID-19, we ask that only one person be in the building at a time and that you wear a mask.  If you are feeling unwell, please mail in your utility payment or use the dropbox located 33 E. Main Street.
